There…I said it.
Now that we got that out of the way, I can tease you with these latest scene images.
These were from one of Matt’s final scenes before exiting Bel Ami a year or two ago, his scene partner being Ennio Guardi. I dig Ennio’s look here. In earlier images I’ve seen with him, he had darker hair. His lighter locks give him a more alluring look in my opinion. For this scene, after a brief interview with the cameraman, I presume, the two of them get down to business and if these images are a fair enough indication, they seem pretty into each other. In fact, it would seem they fit one another like a hand in a glove. A match made in Bel Ami Heaven? You certainly don’t have to take my word for it. See for yourself.
The title of this post seems a little on the angsty side, but that’s only because I’m letting my sincerity out over missing yet another one of my heart-throbs. Seeing this scene, only made me miss him that much more. So, there is only one way to console myself, and perhaps the rest of you, and that is to plan some kind of way to pay tribute to one of Bel Ami’s classic performers.
