Today we conclude our special short tribute of the film Summer Camp with a clip of a scene that was intended for the film but sadly didn’t make it: the sweetly romantic encounter between Mirko Polakov and Henry Bresson. It can be seen now in its entirety on the DVD Out At Last 4. From the scene’s introduction from George Duroy taken from the DVD, Out At Last 4: “This episode was closely tied to the biggest scene in “Summer Camp”- 20 nude boys playing “blind man’s bluff”, which was meant to evolve into a final orgy with the whole group. Unfortunately, heavy rains ruined our plans so a few weeks later we tried to shoot at least a two-way tied to the game. As it happened, the episode turned out to be overexposed and I decided not to use it. We’ve done some color correction but it’s still not technically in perfect shape.” Looked beautiful to us.
I too felt the scene was too special to be ignored and I felt this would be the perfect scene to end this short mash-up series.
