Let’s heat things up a little around here, shall we? As if things weren’t hot enough around here. In my corner of the world, us folks in the Northern Hemisphere are beginning to feel the first inkling of approaching winter. As if the nights coming sooner isn’t depressing enough for some people, but the weather is steadily getting colder. It is late Autumn here and chilly winds of winter will soon be upon us, in another couple of weeks actually. But that’s no reason for us to be downhearted. We’ll throw another log on the fire we have blazing in our imaginary fireplace (or perhaps you are lucky enough to have a real one), and we stoke our fires a little higher, a little hotter, and a whole lot brighter, until we can fill our rooms with heat and light, and warm ourselves in its glow. It is also time to place another candle in our candelabrum and set its flame. We say a prayer over the flickering little flame and let this next night fill us with as equal a joy as the night before it. Pull your loved one closer to you as you gaze into the fire’s flames. And let this next video I present to you now, do wonders to warm your hearts, ignite your passions, and inspire you to get yourselves a little closer to one another still. The night has yet begun and it’s time to let its magic kick into your soul.
This lovely scene taken from Flings (2000) with Chris Cameron and Jeff Daniels I chose especially because it once again, like so many scenes before and since, it demonstrates what sex is all about…the unifying connection between two loving souls as they join body to body. These two were on a very special lover’s hideaway…honeymoon, perhaps? In any case, as they share their morning meal, they trade loving looks, let their feet play with one another with gentle touching. And as their hands reach across the table, their fingers entwining, you know exactly what is on their minds: a return to bed to make love. Ah, what a delightful idea! This scene definitely, when I first saw it, helped to bring out, not only the romantic in me, but also the woman, as I felt their mutual orgasms deep within my own body and soul. Although I can only show a small fraction of it here, it is still a breathtaking scene to behold and I urge you to make an attempt to see it in all of its passionate glory. 🙂
